October 19, 2015 - Very nice white burg with just right amount of time in the bottle. Definitely one to drink now. Smooth texture on the palate, lots of Apple, mineral, baking spice, long finish with taste of white toast. Good balance, subtle and elegant, nice wine overall.

The taste is rather austere and steely, with almost complete lack of fruit, but with a strong and persistent finish, in which I detect a bitter trace, which spoils it for me somewhat. Nicely balanced acidity and minerality compensate, however, and make this wine an interesting proposition, especially at $18.
