January 21, 2014 - Golden yellow with hint of green. Aroma of pear and tart green apple with a faint hint of tropical fruits. Medium bodied and nice mouthfeel. Palate is clean and crisp with toned down apple/pear fruits with citrus undertones and hints of vanilla. Perfect balance of acids. Still drinking well.
