January 10, 2014 - It's life has past. Hardly any acidity, almost flat with gravity. Shows candied tropical fruits like pineapple, lechee, and paypaya/guava on the palate. Finishing with a hint of almond. Maybe this is just how very mature kabinetts go down, but I think the Skexsis of time have drained the lifeforce out of this Podling. Consume now.

April 24, 2009 - Crisp green apples, with some slight honeyed notes on the palate. A little sweet, with not quite enough acidity. I think this has seen better days. Just doesn't have a very nice balance right now. 83-85

November 6, 2007 - Nice, simple Mosel with heavy beeswax and petrol notes. Went well with spicy Asian food and had enough acidity to stand up. Can't see this improving over time much more. Drink now.
