Community Tasting Notes 6

November 26, 2015 - Dense prune/purple color, clear at the edge. Nose presents aromas of dried blackberry & cherry, sandalwood and spice notes. Mouthfeel is moderately soft and viscous, with tannins reasonably well integrated and acids still providing decent structure for a moderately long finish. This wine is drinking well now, with pronounced flavors of dark vine berries, cacao, wood & spice notes, with leather & bubble gum on the decline. I know what you're thinking, but Brittney Spears this is not. Drink now.

October 31, 2011 - Unlike the syrahs, this K-C wine was not held back by any heat. The alcohol and tannin added effervescence to the rich cherry flavors.

August 8, 2011 - Los Olivos Tasting: Nice pinot fruit. Smooth with little tannin, can drink now. Not overly complex and a touch sweet but overall pleasing bottle.
