February 14, 2008 - Nice wine from Marlborough. I thought it was an old world wine when I first smelled and tasted it. It had a nice big body for a white. Very different and earthy than many of the Sav Blancs I've had. Shows that a white can get better with age, especially a new world white. Also was surprised at the 13.5% alcohol. Didn't seem hot at all.
