July 5, 2012 - Leiden tasting: last one before the holidays: Golden yellow colour. Buttery nose, some flowers, not much fruit. Taste was first a bit dissapointing, wine seemed tired and plumb due to lack of acidity, however after 20 minutes in the glass it opened and showed complexity, acidity and minerality.
