December 27, 2015 - Nice cork come out clean with cork popper (love those things especially for older corks). Good ruby color very little bricking if at all. Nicely stored, well integrated tannins fruit faded but still enjoyable for a 28 year old lower end Simi. Probably held too long but always nice to see how some lower cost old Cali Cabs hold up.

February 23, 1991 - Mostly 1987 Cabernet Sauvignons (Hi-Time Wine Cellars, Costa Mesa, Ca.): Rich, intense, concentrated cabernet nose, dusty nose, lots of thick, rich, dusty fruit tasted, high acid, lots of dust, fruit, chalkiness on the finish-big wine.
