Community Tasting Notes 2

September 29, 2016 - Nice to try the "other" Dauvissat. Aging well with layers of creamy and nutty textures and flavors. More hazelnuts, almonds followed by minerals and sea bed. Creamy texture with a bit of flint almost leading to smoke. Held up terrifically over 3 days.

September 24, 2016 - A delightful wine but it drinks more like a solid Cote d'Or rather than Chablis. Richer and showing a little less acid than one might expect. 89-90. Thanks Bajayngo.
