Community Tasting Notes 1

May 23, 2015 - Food: Petrus in Shangrila Hong Kong (French)
    Duration: 2 hours
    Condition: perfect
Aroma: petrol, white flowers, dried apricot, honey
Notes: a very mature cndp to drink today. Palate is slightly lighter than I anticipated yet the aftertaste remains quite strong. However, this probably doesn't fall into the category that I would really enjoy as this wine lacks the depth and aftertaste while the freshness of a cndp was already gone. Drink up now!
