Community Tasting Notes 1

March 27, 2011 - Nose showed honey, lemon, mango, and a bit of salt spray characteristic. Palate was a sticky, sweet lemon with a very light effervescence to liven things up. The palate went from acidity and fizz in the front, through a slightly sweet phase, with persistent acidity on the finish. We thoroughly enjoyed this wine, which paired fantastically with homemade indian food. Wish we had more!
