Ferrari Prosecco di Conegliano-Valdobbiadene Il Sogno di Annibale) Very light yellow color with lots of pinpoint bubbles; lovely, floral, ripe peach, baked peach, pear nose; tasty, light-medium bodied, delicate, mineral, floral, tart peach palate with good acidity; medium finish (best NV version I've had of this yet)
