December 17, 2014 - Still going strong. Our last bottle, sadly, of the case we charged to my father-in-law at our wedding. Bright and citrusy right out of the bottle but became a bit dull and woody with air. Drink up.

September 21, 2014 - Quite good. Nose of coconut and nicely rounded flavors coming across from the oak. The acidity has faded a tad, and the finish is short but fairly persistent as the flavor does linger. This is a few years past peak for certain, but not a bad drink for ~$17. No premox :)

December 31, 2012 - "Stein Eriksen Cuvee." From our wedding. Nice nutty and woodsy nose on opening. Palette coming together nicely, very bright with creamy side-notes. Great length.

July 1, 2011 - Classic French white burgundy. The nose is light but you can smell citrus. Clean taste, melon, honeydew and hints of tart pears. Less minerals and more sweet tones but not over the top. Nice finish lingers well on the sides of your tongue and makes you happy.
