April 13, 2024 - Silky smooth, classic burgundy - in a great spot right now

February 26, 2016 - Decanted for around 30 mins. Light ruby color with great clarity. Killer nose of red cherry, raspberry, chocolate truffle, a hint of earthy mushroom and some sweet spices from the oak. Really lovely. Juicy and lush red fruits on the palate with a bit of truffle and earth with a silky smooth mouthfeel. Medium acid, tannins and body with a long finish. Drinking great right now. Wish I had bought more.

August 11, 2012 - Nice fruit with hints of kirsche sweetness, great depth and a wonderful Sous Bois character that really sets this apart, acid is still there keeping things in check and not intruding at all and I would suggest this is close to peak - excellent
