May 31, 2010 - Holding up just fine - still a textbook Chablis with lovely lemon and oyster shell. It got sunny later this afternoon, and it was a delightful sip while playing with the daughter on the front lawn.

January 22, 2010 - Didn't keep great mental notes, but thought about this wine on scale. Loads of acidity, very delicious, nice citrus acids left that linger on the finish. Got better as it warmed up like the previous taster said. Delicious wine, not a bad qpr either.

October 18, 2009 - Delicious, textbook Chablis. Improves with air and warmth. Rocks, citrus, acid - nice little package.
