  March 30, 2010 - Quite bubbly, with a strong refreshing edge of limon peel, pear skin, and hay. Light, but with an added tartness that lends depth and pause to the glass. Crisp on the finish with the heavier carbonic acidity and some tart citrus qualities. Completely quaffable.
