July 24, 2011 - Nose: rich creamy, milky, like a creamy dessert drink or cake. Very unique, sweet peach, strawberry with condensed milk. Sugar and hint of wild flower. Taste: Honey dominated, rich, creamy, sweet pineapple juice, peach, apricot. Full body white, off-dry. Sweetness will go good with spicy food or for after meal. Decent acidity, spike of rubbing alcohol at the back. Good wine but the finish kind of falls off. Flavour profile is simple.
