June 15, 2012 - Wonderful notes on the nose, a smooth entry and lingering finish. Went very well with a good pate.

December 4, 2011 - Floral, perfumed red berry fruit. Developing some earthy notes, gamey. Very soft palate. Plenty of fruit up front, although coming up just slightly short on the finish. Probably one for the near future.

December 12, 2010 - Very fragrant, very forward. Lots of raspberry fruit. Supple, finely balanced with excellent refreshing acidity. Decanted 2 hours in advance, but probably not required as this seems to be very smooth and silky with fine unobtrusive tannins. Paired well with a roast turkey dinner, particularly the cranberry sauce. Excellent value at £10 from Majestic (down from £15).

December 8, 2010 - Good intense raspberry and floral nose for this level. Enticing sweetness of red fruits (strawberry, raspberry, cherry) with floral, liquorice and gamey hints. Medium body. Medium length. Impressed with the quality and intensity acheived at this price point.
