Community Tasting Notes 8

November 20, 2007 - A very tasty wine on a QPR basis ( I think I paid $21 as a future). Tastes like a cool weather syrah with it's pepper component. Drinking well now but should hold for at least 3 years. A very nice first effort.

November 14, 2006 - nice solid syrah, but nothing special

October 30, 2006 - nice if not discript wine, good fruit, good balance. I felt there were few if any flaws but it did do much for me. OTOH, it was the groups WOTN.

June 24, 2006 - Lots of pure red fruit on this one. Smooth, soft rasberry with notes of vanilla. Nice dose of pepper in the background. My third bottle of this and this one showed the best. Time in bottle has been good to this. Still prefer the Vidmar from D&G, but this was quite nice.
