October 30, 2023 - Very nice with Wagyu steaks. Deep full bodied.

July 30, 2023 - I'm stunned by its vibrancy and youthfulness! Strong nose of ripe, wild red fruits, in its most pure form. The palate is young, full and rich! Simply astonishing, definitely not in a hurry to drink it up! Amazing, I can't praise it enough!

May 13, 2021 - One of my cellar favourites. Still going strong, even after open half-empty bottle for 24 hours. Still grippy tannins, slightly more developed day 2, but no significant degrading. Slightly less fruit, a bit "flatter", but improved tertiary aromas. This is on par with more reputable chateaux. Will not improve by continued bottle ageing, but I would not worry about another 5 years in the cellar.

December 9, 2020 - Two hour decant. Still going strong, but seriously consider drinking soon.

October 16, 2020 - Still going strong, but not at the level as before. However, no signs of traditional decline. Maybe just a slightly substandard bottle (92).
