Putnam Weekley wrote: flawed
April 3, 2023 - Low shoulder fill. Dry cork, minimal torque unsealed it. Red tinted tea color. Certainly some acetic acid to be smelled here, along with sticky, ripe red cherries, orchard blossoms, and dill. A drink is saltwater, glycerin rich. Halfway to gastro-precious drinking vinegar. Tannins are mere stains on the fabric. Even flawed, I'd rather drink this than industry-standard filler.
