  February 26, 2022 - 4th Saturday Group Cellar Diminishment (Sue’s): From methuselah. Medium mousse with a persistent bead. Toasted orchard fruit on the nose and palate. With a bit of air dried peach notes emerge. Almond and dough in the finish. Excellent. (SS)

  February 14, 2015 - shared with pat at selkirk manor to celebrate valentine's day. paired with a variety of seafoods and pate. decided to open since last note from another member described a tired bottle. luckily my bottle showed well. has held up well since last note from 8/2013. still fresh and youthful. makes a nice presentation with lots of tiny bubbles. pale gold color. white peach and yeast. a little more nuttiness compared with last bottle. just what i like. still has some acidity to carry through to the end. no flaws. last few sips still enjoyable the following morning.

  June 28, 2014 - Subtle sweetness and apple notes. Smooth and just enough bubbles. Well balanced.
