May 4, 2013 - Ruby red color. The nose explodes from the glass with ripe dark cherry fruit. It settles down after a few hours into a ripe cherry-vanilla fountain coke. Also spearmint in the background. Almost effervescent on the palate with ripe cherries and candied berries. Very ripe, very new world and on the sweet side. Came together better after a few hours. Needs time.
