October 12, 2018 - (Disgorged in 1998, 50% Pinot Noir, 10% Meunière, 40% Chardonnay)
Opens up easily on the cork and showing more pressure than I was expecting. Happiness. Lovely yellow colour with a stream of very fine bubbles lead way for the mature nose showing yellow apples, mint chocolate, toasten brioche and lovely flowers surrounding it all. Palate is showing a freshness of lime acidity combined with mature yellow apples and before a creamy mid with raspberries before the long lasting finish filled with mint chocolate and raspberries in such a lovely way it’s hard not to take very large sips and just fill the mouth with this liquid of love.
This is one of the best bottles of champagne I’ve had with its delicious taste and mature nose I easily could’ve finished the bottle all by myself.. (Best 2008-2028) -

Stor konsentrasjon og flott balansert friskhet.
Frukten har kommet langt på smak også.
Fast meget lang finish.
Prikkende munnhule-feeling i ettersmaken.
