October 23, 2020 - Full bodied vanilla plums but at the same time light-footed and silken to drink thanks to a lovely acidity. Great for drinking now I suspect it will hold at this level for a while, with a gentle move towards coffee and chocolate flavours...

February 29, 2020 - vanilla, spices, plums, raspberries chocolate. Very concentrated Great overall balance. leathery, very smooth. Delicious with my pork chop. Had some sediment . I Decanted it

September 11, 2017 - Lovely nose - dusty, notes of vanilla, spices, plums, liquorice, chocolate. Very rich, layered and hedonistic. On the lots of fruit, very concentrated, rich, generous, but thanks to the high acidity not heavy or blunt. Great overall balance. Notes of chocolate again. Very ling, rich finish. Excellent! 92-94

December 3, 2015 - A very autumn wine on the nose: wet leaves, wet rock, some unexpected Riesling-like petrol, flower/rose, fruit. Much less impressive on the tongue, though, except for a nice spicy finish. It's kind of an obvious wine, good enough to enjoy, but you can easily find much better quality/price deals imo.
