March 15, 2024 - Decanted for several hours. Can see earlier potential, still hints of fruit and not totally spent but cork crumbled and was cloudy and just not good anymore.

February 3, 2024 - Still early in its drinking window. Just starting to change color. I enjoyed but am interested in how it evolves. Classic Sangiovese flavor profile.

June 25, 2023 - consistent with other notes here. Needed an hour to start showing itself and saved a bit for second night, but was done by then. Fun Garagiste buy at $40.

February 23, 2023 - Interesting how the people leaving notes like this much more than those who didn't. Pristine bottle with a perfect cork. Nearly black center with a red-brown rim. Tobacco, driftwood, black cherry, hint of tar, balsamic, fennel root. The fruit was slightly too faded for my preference but the other flavors were fantastic and I could sniff it all night. Didn't quite stand up to tomato sauce but would go great with duck.
