February 13, 2011 - Apertif and also accompaniment with arugula salad course before Boeuf Bouruignon. More lemony minerals, but this one was falling off a bit too soon on the palate. 88+

May 1, 2010 - Light yellow. On the nose there is yellow apple, minerals, chalk dust. Refreshing and palate covering with apple crumb cake, lemon oil, minerals and rocks. Although I wouldn't describe it as crisp, there is an acidic strain that carries the finish a long way. This is quite nice.

October 23, 2009 - In Depth in Burgundy (The Vineyard Wine Market, Smyrna): From Pulighny-Montrachet. Light yellow. Nose of lemon custard, elegant and focused. Has a broad and expansive development on the tongue. Baked lemon, minerals, pure and clean. Long finish. Quite nice.
