November 7, 2010 - It's amazing what a wedge of gooey Roquefort does for a wine which refuses to go gently into that good night. Still tight, still a bit thin, but this time the finish has depth and length. Amazingly got the florals on the nose. Time to graduate to the Pora vineyard.

October 24, 2009 - I'm not sure the tightness is a sign of needing a few more years or if it's just as good as it's gonna get. A bit thin and missing the fullness of berries although the mid palate did hold on with some nice sweet spice. One more bottle to go.

April 28, 2008 - On opening - mature seeming nose, but still tight, tannic and youthful on the palate. With air, significantly opens up. It still remained pretty tannic throughout the evening - could have used several more years. Great with pasta in tomato and sausage sauce.
