Community Tasting Notes 33

April 26, 2015 - Very deep and dark, tasting of dark fruits and some savory spices. Well-balanced. Good staying power, but just starting to become a bit raisiny and showing a touch if tiredness after three days, gassed and refrigerated in between.

January 18, 2014 - The wine is a bit of a mystery to me. It is filled with floral notes, surrounded by torched Grape Nerds. There is a leanness to the palate of the wine but the acidity and pure fruit make it fairly enjoyable.

November 19, 2011 - Early drinking wine showing varietal/place. Smokey Syrah aromas, cassis, and a tobacco-y herbal undercurrent. Mid-weight and medium acidity with light tannin. Good balance, ripe fruits and tobacco flavors. Not a strong finisher.
