December 1, 2020 - Cherry pit, earthy and meaty notes. Bold, deep, and a touch rustic, but still maintains some finesse. Lots of character tied to the region. Good stuff!

April 19, 2020 - Last bottle from a lot of 5 and probably the best tasting experience. Still dark purple in the glass with only slight signs of age. On the palate red fruit, with a bit of spice and herbs. The finish is very nice, long, fresh, with very fine tannins.

July 14, 2019 - Initially, a bit austere. After about 1 hour, there is cured meats, olive, and red fruit on a lean frame. There is a perfumed red-fruited quality to this that is based on minerality and violets.

March 15, 2018 - Medium bodied, easy drinking, lighter, fresh, crisp, bright red fruit styled wine, with stony, forest, pepper and herb accents. You can drink this now. It is probably close to, or at full maturity, so further aging is not going to add to the wine.
