  May 29, 2012 - This was the second bottle I have had and both were comparable. I really wanted to pay attention to this second bottle because a rep at a high-volume Sales Group in Houston recommended this wine to me and indicated it was a nice wine -- I will never trust anyone's recommendation at that particular store again.
  
  In my opinion, this wine was about as bad a wine as I have tasted in a long time where the bottle was not obviously flawed. Not sure when it was made but it did not have the character of a wine that was too old or poorly stored. It is a moderate red-plum color that has quite thin edges. Its nose is acidic and out of balance with sweetness on the nose along with alcohol. Taste begins with an acidic flavor (a lot like vinegar but it was not vinegar). It is thin and weak and totally out of balance; the 14.6% alcohol is hidden in the taste but I think that is a good bit of what causes it to be so out of balance. I am still tasting this wine as I write this trying to understand what makes this wine so poor.

  April 21, 2012 - Sour from the get go. Since it is NV not sure how old it was. Moved onto better fare and did not finish.
