January 17, 2016 - - Garnet color and aromas of menthol. It's balanced and has flavours of walnut and oak with a medium/full body. Round texture with a medium finish - Opened up after being decanted for an hour.

November 8, 2015 - Pretty consistent w/ note from January. Very smooth with fully integrated tannins. Black and red fruits, minerals, tobacco, leaves, and cedar notes. Medium body, acid, and finish. Classy, restrained, old school style. I like it.
