June 24, 2017 - Drank from a 1.5L bottle. Medium dark yellow. Hint of apple aroma. Very clean. White fruit. Great Chablis.

January 27, 2008 - Light yellow colour and opens up after some time in the glass with better temperature. Great aroma of citrus and apples which also resonate on the palate, very subtle.

Tasted December 13, 2006 at an offline. Opened and served immediately in a Spiegelau Authentis Rot Wein glass. Light yellow color in the glass, clear hue throughout. Aromas of grapefruit zest, wet grass and acacia flowers. Minerals dominate on the palate with some light yellow fruit notes. Nice acidity with light body. Drink over the short to medium term. COMMENTARY: this wine just craves a nice plate of raw oysters. Yum!
