December 8, 2020 - Still lively, likely a couple of years left. Fruit is drying, supported by notable mountain structure. Enjoyed this

May 17, 2019 - This still showed fairly young. Vibrant dark red fruits on the nose, a touch of earth & spice thrown in. Med+ body with good supporting acid & well-balanced tannin to back it up. Lingers a bit. Certainly has some of the fruit of the vintage, but the Howell Mountain designation is digesting it well.

My 3rd of 4. I'll probably leave the last until 2022

May 19, 2017 - Deep cherry and oak- this was great although I'm glad I didn't let it sit too much longer.

March 20, 2015 - smooth, chocolately, still improving from 5 months ago

March 20, 2015 - last bottle of 6 bottles of this, and may have been the best to date... still has plenty of legs I think and some upside if you are looking for more secondary/tertiary characteristics. Nice red fruit, cedar, medium acidity, little bit of grip. definitely was a nice QPR.
