Community Tasting Notes 2

September 15, 2015 - Dark as the soul of some colleagues.
New oak aromas that are lost in thyme and garlic. Strange odors anyway.
The palate has some rich memories of yesteryear, when chocolate and mint prevailed. Mineral touched. No raising the level of 2002 magnum few years ago. Life goes on...
To this, in my opinion, at least ten years to be able drunk. Until then beaver's power.

Toques minerales, a carbón.

On the palate there's a wall of oak. At the moment this is unpleasant.
There is potential there when/if oak integrates.
I'll return to my few remaining bottles in 5-10 years.
I have bought the crianza more regularly than this and think that's the way to go.
(update/edit The recent crianzas of this have been just as oak dominant)
