January 7, 2011 - A very soft white that paired well with a simple baked/breaded chicken dinner. It has a pretty frosted pale yellow color and a mild hint of creaminess and slight citrus tartness. If you really explore the palate there is a thin streak of anise in there but its fleeting. Slightly creamy/mineral finish of no great length.
