August 26, 2010 - Infanticide...Put these away for another couple of years before diving in. Popped and poured. Initially (first 30 minutes) I was not digging this wine. There was something off about it, almost had a kit wine element to it. Improved significantly with air, broadening on the palate. Nose of vanilla, tar, pipe tobacco and cranberries. Medium bodied tannins that added spice. Flavors of pomegranate, cranberry and currant. Silky finish. Would purchase again.
