February 5, 2016 - Quite aromatic on the nose with fresh cherry, blueberry, some strawberry souffle, mixed spices and coconut covered strawberry christmas lollies (you know the ones!!). The palate continues with the spices plus strawberry, lashes of plums and some sour cherry notes on the finish. Well structured and with a nice bit of acid on the finish. Softened lovingly as it went on. Probably at its peak.

November 22, 2009 - Beautiful nose which continued to get better with time. Palate became distinctive NZ as it opened - 'sweetish', lots of fruit/alchohol and with some spice. Would be great with food.
