September 6, 2014 - Clear, very pale straw. Green apple, toast, apricot. Not sweet, no acids, not tannic. Strawberry. Short acidic finish

June 11, 2010 - We find it difficult to rate sparklings, but really enjoyed this. Citrus, minerality, ultra-crisp and clean on the palate. Very French in style (which I guess makes sense with a French winemaker). Very good. Stands up to better and more expensive Champagnes
