  October 26, 2015 - Pnp. Medium-deep hay in colour; the nose is picking up some buttered yellow fruits with some wax and hints of some citrusy lemons. Buttered up citrus fruits on the palate; short finish. Paired with roasted garlic and buttered salmon. Good drinking now.

  November 7, 2012 - Similar notes to the bottle we drank at the restaurant, except this time we drank a bottle. The wine by itself had a vegetal mid-palate, which I did not enjoy. However, when paired with parsley olive oil salmon the vegetal quality was minimized and the wine paired very well.
