May 15, 2023 - This has matured quite nicely. While I don't think that this would continue to mature, it shows now signs of fading, and I think it would continue to show well for at least another 5 years. Paired well with dry aged Flannery hanger steaks.

October 29, 2022 - Nicely fragrant. Tannins are soft, round, and integrated. Color is dark garnet with translucent edges. Refreshing acidity with dark fruit flavors. Medium finish.

May 29, 2022 - Wow. Fabulous nose upon opening and beautiful color. Cherry and cardamom in the middle. Has aged exceptionally well.

April 28, 2022 - Let decant for 4hr. Still drinking well - very smooth to the tongue with a little heat. Tart cherry, anise. Dark garnet color.
