May 18, 2019 - Wines Tasted at HDH Auction (Spiaggia - Chicago IL): Small glass, brief note. Served blind. Came across as old-ish, ripe white Burg, but not very Chablis. Good weight. Tough to find a drinkable 2002 Fevre these days, so well done.
May 18, 2019 - HDH Burgundy Auction; 5/17/2019-5/18/2019 (Chicago, IL): Not oxidized, so that's as much a unicorn as any. Apple cidery and peachy. Far more fat than Chablis ought to be.
February 11, 2019 - Premoxed sadly, not drinkable.
July 29, 2018 - So sad. The premox finally arrived. Last couple bottles down the drain.
August 9, 2017 - Relieved to taste a good bottle after the last one was premoxed. White flowers, lemon peel, and crushed rocks on the fragrant nose. Very good acidity with more citrus, honey, green apple, and mineral notes on the palate. Good length. Improved significantly over an hour in the glass/bottle.
June 18, 2017 - Another premox bottle. I haven't had one good one yet. Waste of money.
May 13, 2017 - Premoxed, but somewhat drinkable...
