April 27, 2024 - Took a while a while to open up. 5hrs decanted and then drank over 3 hours. Ripe strawberries, raspberries, cherries, plums, forest floor, mushrooms, and spice box/mineral finish. Absolutely delicious.

April 13, 2024 - At a private dinner, Little Cove, Noosa. This wine was opened and slow-oxed for 6hrs before dinner. The colour was a deep rusty red with a terrific nose of wild strawberry, raspberry and dark plums with plenty of spice and mineral notes. The palate is rich with lovely black and red berry fruit notes balanced with lovely touches of spice and a persistent line of minerality that really defines this wine. This is really quite delicious !

December 15, 2023 - Deep garnet, bramble and mixed spice tertiary nose with long finish. Felt like medium+ alcohol. Not showy on the nose but powerful wine to be drunk with food. This requires quite a bit of time to air and was better on the 2nd day.

May 5, 2023 - A combination of superb floral aroma and complex taste in this relatively old wine. Perfect for 2 hours in the glass before it started to fade. Wordless for this stuff. Thank you, Uncle Yeh, for bringing this bottle today!

December 5, 2021 - I last tasted this in February 2018 and I though it would still improve. I am glad to have waited. It has quite a dark colour and intense, slightly savoury, dark fruit, excellent balance and great depth. The fruit is slightly perfumed, with a touch of violets and the finish is very long. An outstanding wine.
