September 12, 2022 - 200 Burgundy Grand Crus from vintage 2000, 4-day blind tasting (Singapore): Very dark yellow, very sweet, drinkable but getting oxidative. Late, drink up. Strangely, the Chevalier flight did not do nearly as well as anticipated.

January 26, 2018 - Jadot Dinner with Frédéric Barnier (RPM Steak - Chicago IL): Opened 15 minutes before serving. Started off with fairly oxidized aromas, more enjoyable baked apple flavors that were still advanced. Clearly still showing Grand Cru density. This freshened up reasonably with 30 minutes in glass, then started getting tired again after open an hour.
