  • tarenshaw Likes this wine:

January 19, 2017 - Medium yellow color with golden hue. Showing development.

Ripe yellow apple, pineapple, meyer lemon. Walnut skin, honey, cheese rind, hazelnut, mushroom. Toast and caramel. Silky texture with focused acidity. Expansive finish that widens and intensifies. Buttered popcorn/beurre noisette at the end.

From a 5.33ha parcel of "Les Gouttes d'Or" (drops of gold), owned & cultivated by the domaine.

May 26, 2015 - Completely in the zone right now. Nose, palate and finish are all fantastic. Classic Meursault in character with lean rocks and acidity. Great producer, great wine.
