  May 9, 2009 - Had w/Julia at Blu Boheme... tight upon opening.. decant and an hour helped to open this up.. Good comparison w/a 2005 Dauzac from table next too us (way too young to fully enjoy in comparison to the Neal).. the Neal was in its "house" threw considerable sediment, no bricking noted in the dim light, tight nose upon opening that did open with nice light red and black fruits, a 10 y/o Cab that showed nice fruit with some nice secondaries to balance it out, velvety tannins that gave it a great mouthfeel... A nice QPR off of Winebid... Wish I had more..

  January 23, 2009 - Ok. been about 5 hrs into this, open decant, threw off considerable sediment - served with steak etc- man-o-man this brings it home. A great Napa Cab at an attainable Px. Old enuff to deliver the 2ndary character and yet not be OTH. Wonderful!
