January 2, 2019 - Dark purple color with a pronounced bricking at the edges. Strawberry jam nose. Mild tannins and acidity are complemented by dark fruit flavors. Secondary flavors of cedar, cinnamon, and leather add complexity. Drink now an over the next 4 years or so. Excellent value. Decant for sediment.
