  Tasted non blind at the winery.
  
  Light yellow color in the glass, clear looking throughout. Nose of Orange foam, apricot, acacia and a hint of either guava or papaya. Flavors of lychee, peach and apricot. Medium acidity, light to medium body. Drink over the next 2-3 years plus or minus.

  January 31, 2011 - Trip to Napa Valley; 1/30/2011-1/31/2011 (Napa, CA): Beautiful nose of white flowers, apricots, smells a bit jammy, a little heat. There is a huge disconnect between the nose and palate here. Was expecting an explosion of flavor on the palate. Fruit profile was mostly peaches, however, the fruit here is quite flabby. There is a nice creamy mouthfeel to this. The acidity is lower than I would like and there is too much heat coming through on the finish. Not a fan.
