March 9, 2011 - Butter, creem, lemon and basil on the nose. Oaky, buttery taste of the chardonnay, with the spicy, floral and acidic tastes of the viognier. It's interesting, but would definitely be better in the spring or summer. I think it would go well with some barbecued chicken.
