April 5, 2014 - Belle robe jaune profonde.
Nez typique d'un chablis, belle complexité.
Minéralité présente, avec belle langueur au palais.
Chablis classique.
Impression que le vin est à pleine maturité, voire au début de la pente descendante. -

The palate is rich and really well balanced but does not have that sharp edge and tension of the best Chablis. The finish displays some tartness and acidity. Drinking extremely well at the moment, matched great with tuna penne pasta and gruyere cheese. I don't see a lot of upside holding this wine, but my Chablis experience is minimal so take the advice with a grain of salt...
