  October 10, 2015 - We opened the 2010 Zarpado late this afternoon, venturied it, and gave it a tasting. I think we're a little too late. It's not sour cherry we're getting but the first beginning of going over the hill -- just a slight hint. If you still have this, 5 years after its vintage, I wouldn't recommend it for guests.

  May 25, 2011 - Not great but not terrible. A little on the earthy side for my tastes. Not a fruit forward vino, with hints if spice, leather, wood, charcoal and some berry. Not sure I would buy again, but I'm not spitting this one out either.

  January 22, 2011 - I've been getting this from Sam's club and have bought many bottles over the last 6months and their inventory is usually small so reason I buy it when ever they have
  I usually have a glass with an Italian dish and then a glass after dinner and enjoy the bouquet and clarity
